Overview

Join a dedicated, multidisciplinary team at a leading community cancer center providing compassionate, high-quality oncology care across outpatient, inpatient, emergency, and telehealth settings in Rutland, VT. We re seeking a skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to be part of an integrated, patient-centered care model that makes a real impact. Our team consists of 2 Physicians and 1 Physician Assistant.

Position Overview
  • Full-Time
  • Schedule:

    Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
  • No Weeknight Call
  • One Weekend per Month On-Call

  • Clinical proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and management of complex medical conditions.

  • Technologically proficient, including in Microsoft Office and EHR systems.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive range from $120,000 to $160,000, commensurate with experience.

Requirements
  • Master  degree in Nursing (NP) or graduate of an accredited PA program.
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 2 years as an NP or PA, preferably in oncology, internal medicine, or a related specialty.
  • For NPs:
    Licensed in Vermont and board-certified (ANCC or equivalent).
  • For PAs:
    Licensed in Vermont and certified by the NCCPA.
  • Unit-specific certifications (ACLS, etc.) and completion of de-escalation/restraint training as applicable.
