BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice for a nursing job in East Corinth, Vermont. Hospice RN needed for the St. Johnsbury to Bradford VT area. BAYADA Hospice is looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team in the Norwich, VT hospice office to cover the St. Johnsbury to Bradford areas. This office provides hospice services to clients in Windsor, Orange VT and Grafton, NH counties.

• Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, procedures and comfort care.
• Monitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders.
• Performing client assessments as necessary.
• Occasional on call after hours and/or weekends.

• A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in VT and NH.
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation: $40-$46 per hour.
