Tink Bird is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a locum-to-permanent opportunity at a residential substance abuse treatment center in Vermont. This role offers a supportive behavioral health setting with low patient volume, flexible scheduling, and collaborative team-based care.

• 4–5 days per week, every-other-weekend rotation included

  8:30 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM
• Call:
  Phone-only call beginning at 5:00 PM on scheduled workdays only

• Low-volume caseload: up to 8 patients per day
• Adult residential addiction treatment population
• Collaborative team environment including Medical Director, 24-hour nursing staff, PMHNP, and administrative leadership
• Mix of onsite care with potential telehealth opportunities after onboarding

• Family Nurse Practitioner
• Family Medicine background required
• Addiction treatment experience preferred but not required
• Must be comfortable in a collaborative behavioral health environment
