LPN Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing

  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to meet resident needs

  • Assess residents daily, adjusting care plans as necessary

  • Assist physicians during rounds and ensure accurate communication of orders

  • Supervise, train, and support nursing personnel while promoting teamwork

  • Prepare daily assignments for nursing staff to ensure smooth operations

  • Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations

  • Foster a positive environment that promotes resident dignity and well-being
