What You'll Do

* Provide individualized nursing care and support throughout the school day

* Monitor and manage the student's health needs according to their care plan

* Administer medications and treatments as ordered by healthcare providers

* Assess and respond to changes in the student's condition

* Promote a safe, healthy, and inclusive learning environment

* Maintain accurate health documentation and compliance records

* Collaborate with teachers, school personnel, parents, and healthcare providers

* Respond appropriately to medical concerns and emergencies as needed

* Serve as a trusted health resource for the student and school community

Who We're Looking For

* Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Vermont

* Graduate of an accredited nursing program

* Minimum of one year of nursing experience required

* Pediatric, school nursing, home care, or community health experience preferred

* Current CPR certification

* Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills

* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with school staff and families

* Compassionate, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care
