POSITION OVERVIEW- Outpatient RN leadership opportunity within established primary care clinic environment
- Leadership-focused role overseeing nursing operations, workflow efficiency, and clinical staff support
- Opportunity to collaborate directly with executive leadership while maintaining autonomy in day-to-day operations
- Stable weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays

- Monday-Friday outpatient schedule
- No nights, weekends, or holiday responsibilities
- Leadership role with direct executive collaboration

- 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM
- No nights
- No weekends

- Base salary: $85,000-$110,000 annually

- Assist with staffing coordination and workflow optimization

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license REQUIRED
- Minimum 5 years RN experience REQUIRED
- Prior lead nurse or supervisory experience REQUIRED
- Primary care or outpatient clinical experience preferred
- Strong leadership and workflow management skills REQUIRED
- Comfortable overseeing nursing operations and staff support REQUIRED
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills REQUIRED
