SCHEDULE
  • Monday-Friday schedule
  • 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM
  • No nights
  • No weekends
  • No holiday rotation
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Base salary: $85,000-$110,000 annually

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee daily nursing operations within outpatient primary care clinic
  • Support clinical workflow efficiency and operational consistency
  • Manage and mentor nursing staff within collaborative team environment
  • Partner with executive leadership regarding operational initiatives and clinical support strategies
  • Maintain high-quality patient care standards and regulatory compliance
  • Assist with staffing coordination and workflow optimization

REQUIREMENTS
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license REQUIRED
  • Minimum 5 years RN experience REQUIRED
  • Prior lead nurse or supervisory experience REQUIRED
  • Primary care or outpatient clinical experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and workflow management skills REQUIRED
  • Comfortable overseeing nursing operations and staff support REQUIRED
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills REQUIRED
