Hospital Emergency Department - Position Type:
Travel Registered Nurse (ER RN) - Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour night shifts)
- Weekly
Hours:
36 guaranteed - Assignment Length: 12 weeks (Start: 9/8/2025 – End: 12/1/2025)

Not eligible if residing within 50 miles - Transportation:
Personal vehicle required (no public transportation) - Estimated Weekly Salary: $1990 - $2130
- Active Vermont Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of recent hospital Emergency Department RN experience
- At least 3 months of travel nursing experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Current certifications required:
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
- PALS (AHA)
- TNCC
- Completed skills checklist for ER RN (within 1 year)
- 1 supervisory signed reference from the past 2 years
- Work history and license/certifications uploaded with application
- Ability to commute reliably with own vehicle
- Requested time off must be included at submission (maximum 5 days)
- Screen and triage patients promptly upon arrival to the Emergency Department
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and medical records
- Respond rapidly to emergency situations and adhere to clinical protocols
- Participate in orientation and comply with hospital policies and procedures
