RN - MedSurg​/Tele

This position is for an Adaptive Acuity Unit, where on occasion travelers will be asked to provide Progressive Care Unit (PCU) care with a 3:1 patient ratio. This care requirement is non-negotiable.

• Manage and monitor patients with complex medical needs in a PCU setting.
• Provide drip management for insulin, emolol, and sodium drips.
• Float to any inpatient unit within the scope of practice when required.

• Minimum of 2 years of current medical-surgical/telemetry experience.
• Strongly preferred experience in a Progressive Care Unit.
• Must have drip experience including insulin, emolol, and sodium.
• Active Vermont RN license or Compact.
• Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 3 months previous travel experience is required.
