• 3+ years of experience
• BLS
• ACLS
• At least 3 years of acute care experience, with preference given to candidates with Meditech experience.
• A current Vermont RN or multi-state RN licensure
• Flu shot is required, no exceptions.

• Be at the forefront of coordinating exceptional patient care for adult and pediatric patients.
• Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care in the dynamic general Med/Surg unit.
• Collaborate with a talented group of professionals and lead them to meet the unique needs of our diverse patient population, all while utilizing the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions.
• Prioritize holistic care, ensuring that patients' age, physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs are met with compassion and proficiency.
• You will be accountable to the Unit Director and work closely with the Clinical Nurse Lead and/or Nursing Supervisor during your shift, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
