RN - MedSurg​/Tele

7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 12-hour shifts with a 36-hour guarantee.

The Med‑Surg Charge Nurse will coordinate total nursing care for patients and participate in patient and family teaching. This position requires leadership and collaboration with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel to maintain professional nursing standards in the clinical setting.

• Provide total nursing care for patients.
• Participate in patient and family education.
• Lead and collaborate with nursing staff and other health team members.
• Float to any unit within the scope of practice as required.

• 2 years of recent Med‑Surg Rehabilitation experience (required).
• Charge RN experience (not negotiable).
• Previous travel nursing experience for at least 3 months (required).
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Vermont RN License or Compact (must be uploaded with profile).
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification (required).
• Active American Heart Association ACLS certification (required).
