Job Summary

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Saint Johnsbury, Vermont. This role involves providing comprehensive care to adult and occasional pediatric patients on a general Medical Surgical (Med/Surg) unit. The RN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet diverse patient needs while adhering to organizational standards and certifications.

• Current Vermont RN or multistate RN licensure
• Minimum of 3 years of acute care experience
• Preference for Meditech electronic medical record experience
• BLS (American Heart Association)
• ACLS certification
• Flu shot vaccination
• Effective from 07/15/2026

Travelers will start on Wednesdays. During orientation week, 48-hour contracts will be limited to 36 hours due to midweek start. All required credentials must be uploaded five business days before the start date.
