As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our evening shift, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including assessments, medications, treatments, and procedures
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Participating in shift report and handovers to ensure seamless communication
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and services
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Vermont
