We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at St Johnsbury Center for Living and Rehabilitation, a premier residential, long‑term, rehabilitation, and subacute care provider. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, while also contributing to a dynamic and supportive healthcare environment.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, prioritizing their physical, emotional, and psychological needs
• Assess and develop individualized care plans, ensuring resident satisfaction and wellbeing
• Collaborate with members of the interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless coordination of care
• Perform routine patient assessments, including vital signs and wound care
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians and/or advanced practitioners
• Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care, dignity, and compassion

• Current RN licensure in the state of Vermont
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Competitive hourly rate up to $51 (based on experience)
