• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, including monitoring vital signs and daily assessment
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies
• Document care provided, monitor residents’ status, and report changes promptly to the supervising nurse
• Collaborate with CNAs, physicians, therapists, and other members of the care team to implement and adjust care plans
• Maintain safety, infection control, and patient comfort; assist with procedures as needed
• Complete accurate records and participate in rounds, care planning, and staff communication

• Active LPN license in good standing
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to work in a long-term care setting with residents who have varying acuity
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work a travel assignment with a variable schedule
