We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Operating Room as a Circulator at Springfield Hospital in Springfield, VT.

Job Description:

As an Operating Room Circulator RN with Surgical Associates, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of surgical procedures. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting the surgical team during procedures, maintaining a sterile field, and ensuring the safety and well-being of patients.
• Circulating in the OR, coordinating patient care, monitoring vital signs, and providing support to the surgical team.
• Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and safe surgeries.
• Participating in the preparation and post-operative care of patients.
• Adhering to infection control protocols and maintaining a clean and organized surgical environment.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of current OR experience in a hospital setting
  - Required
• Circulator with strong Ortho experience
• Previous travel experience
  - Preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  - Preferred

Certification Requirements:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)

State License Requirements:

• Vermont State Nursing License
• Compact License Allowed
