• Deliver safe and compassionate infusion therapy and related RN care in a busy infusion center.
• Administer IV medications and therapies per standards; monitor patient responses and ensure comfort and safety.
• Coordinate clinical and administrative operations including scheduling, prior authorizations, and order reviews; liaise with providers, payers, and care teams.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans; assess understanding and document teaching efforts.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in the electronic health record and related logs, ensuring compliance with hospital policies.

• Current Vermont license or multi-state compact RN license.
• BSN required; graduate of an approved RN program.
• Minimum of two years RN experience; one year acute care experience preferred.
• Infusion center experience and port experience required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Credentialing requirement: influenza vaccination is required.
