Location: Ludlow
North Star Health in Ludlow, VT is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Ludlow, Vermont. The RN will collaborate within a dynamic, team‑based care model to support behavioral health, primary care, immunizations, and walk‑in services for a rural, underserved population.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s Degree in Nursing, Vermont RN licensure, and prior primary care experience.
