As a Registered Nurse (RN) - Long-Term Care, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing patients  conditions and developing individualized care plans

• Implementing treatment plans and monitoring patients  progress

• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care

• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
