American Traveler is seeking a compassionate RN for a Home Health & Hospice position in Vermont, requiring an active VT RN license and at least one year of prior clinical experience.
Details- Home health and hospice setting serving clients of all ages across Caledonia and southern Essex counties in Vermont
- Daytime shifts, Monday through Friday, with possible weekend shifts
- 12-week contract
- Active Vermont RN license (VT or Compact) currently in hand
- Minimum of 1 year of prior clinical nursing experience required
- Responsibilities include client admissions, nursing evaluations, and care plan development
- Works collaboratively within a team of homecare professionals and paraprofessionals to deliver coordinated patient care
