Location: West Pawlet
Community Health seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work at Rutland, Castleton and Brandon clinics, delivering high-quality primary care. You will take histories, perform exams, order labs, craft plans, and educate patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve health outcomes.
Candidates should have 3–5 years in primary care, graduate from an accredited NP/PA program, and hold Vermont licensure.
