We are seeking a compassionate LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a rehabilitation and living facility.
Responsibilities- Administer medications

- Maintain accurate records
- Participate in team rounds
- Ensure patient safety, dignity, and respect
- Foster open communication with patients, families, and colleagues
- Current Vermont LPN license
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred)
