Home Health RN jobs in Saint Johnsbury, VT let you join the facility, a community-focused healthcare provider serving rural and suburban patients. You will plan, organize, and direct home care and hospice services, perform physical assessments, and develop care plans for individuals and families in their homes. To qualify, you need graduation from an accredited nursing program, current Vermont RN licensure, and CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Minimum two years of recent bedside clinical experience is required. Acute care experience in an institutional setting is preferred. Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills are important.
Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is recommended. You must be able to lift, position, or transfer patients and have a valid driver’s license with a reliable, insured vehicle.
