About the Role:

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), you will play a vital role in providing direct care to our patients and residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing basic care and hygiene assistance to patients, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as eating, sleeping, and mobility

  • Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to nurses or other healthcare professionals

  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement patient care plans

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care while promoting independence, dignity, and comfort

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes to nurses or other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) in the State of Vermont

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
