• Delivery of direct patient care for ER patients, including triage, stabilization, and ongoing assessment
• Administration of medications, IV therapy, and rapid response to clinical changes; monitor vital signs and lab results
• Collaboration with physicians, nursing colleagues, and multidisciplinary teams to implement ED protocols and ensure patient flow
• Documentation of care in the electronic health record with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and privacy
• Maintain patient safety and comfort, uphold infection control standards, and communicate with patients and families
• Participate in shift handoffs, acute care coordination, and quality improvement activities

• Active RN license in the State of Vermont
• Minimum 2 years ED experience
• Current BLS, with ACLS, PALS, ENPC and/or TNCC; CEN preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a high-volume ER setting on 12‑hour night shifts (1:3–5 patient ratios)

• Guaranteed hours (36 per week)
• Overtime eligibility after 48 hours
• 13‑week travel assignment with start flexibility within the stated dates
• Night shift (12‑hour) schedule to align with unit needs
