Registered Nurse (RN) - Interventional Therapy

Infusion RN – Nursing

Schedule:

Day shift, 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved RN School of Nursing.
• Minimum of two years RN experience required.
• One year acute care experience preferred.
• BSN required.
• Current Registered Nurse license (Vermont or multi-state compact).
• Current BLS from the American Heart Association.
• Preferred certification:
  Certified Registered Nurse Infusion (CRNI).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe and compassionate infusion therapy, administering IV medications and therapies while monitoring patient responses.
• Coordinate clinical and administrative operations, managing scheduling, prior authorizations, and clinical order reviews.
• Educate and support patients and families regarding treatment plans and ensure understanding.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in electronic health records and other required logs.

Compliance / Notes:

• Travelers will start on Wednesdays.
• During the week of orientation, travelers on a 48 hour contract will only be guaranteed 36 hours due to midweek start.
• A flu shot is required, no exceptions.
• Reliable personal transportation is essential.
