Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse
- Infusion Therapy for a 13-week travel assignment i n St Johnsbury, VT.
- Start Date: 9/16/2026
- Contract: 13 Weeks

- Hourly Pay: $ 33.70
- Non-taxed Stipend: $ 1246.00

** During the week of orientation, travelers on a 48 hour contract will only be guaranteed 36 hours due to midweek start
The Infusion Center sees approximately 15–20 patients per day in this busy and rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Safe and Compassionate Infusion Therapy
- Administer IV medications and therapies following NVRH and INS standards, while monitoring patient responses and ensuring comfort and safety.
- Coordinate Clinical and Administrative Operations
- Manage scheduling, prior authorizations, and clinical order reviews, while maintaining effective communication with providers, payers, and care teams.
- Educate and Support Patients and Families
- Provide clear, personalized education about treatment plans, assess understanding, and document teaching efforts to promote informed care.
- Ensure Accurate Documentation and Compliance
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in electronic health records, medication administration logs, and transfusion records in accordance with hospital policies.
Compensation:
- Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)
- Pay package details provided upon offer
- A minimum of two years RN experience is required.
- Must have at least One-year acute care experience preferred.
- Must have Graduate of an approved RN School of Nursing. BSN required.
- Must have a current Vermont or multi-state compact Registered Nurse license.
- Certified Registered Nurse Infusion (CRNI) certifications preferred
- Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment
- Effective team skills including interaction, support, and respect are required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills , professionalism, and reliability
- Ability to learn and apply basic computer skills including locating and opening documents, completing forms, opening and sending e-mail messages.
