Overview

Registered Nurse – ICU, Saint Johnsbury Center, Vermont. Travel assignment starting 09/16/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,132–$2,178 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour Nights (7pm–7am). Setting:
Critical Access Hospital with a four-bed open ICU.

• Deliver ICU-level nursing care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients as part of an open ICU unit.
• Monitor telemetry, hemodynamics, and respiratory status; respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
• Administer prescribed medications and therapies; titrate interventions per physician orders.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and nursing staff to coordinate comprehensive care and document assessments, plans, and progress.
• Prepare patients and families for transitions and discharge; provide education on treatments, equipment, and post-discharge care.

• Active RN license (ability to practice in Vermont or as applicable for a travel assignment)
• Critical care experience with at least two years as a registered nurse
• Proficiency in reading telemetry and managing adult, pediatric, and geriatric patients
• Ability to work night shifts (7pm–7am) in a travel assignment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; comfortable in a small ICU setting
