Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Peoria, IL. This role requires expertise in emergency care within a Level 1 Trauma center, catering to a diverse patient demographic, including critically ill and trauma patients. Key responsibilities of the Emergency Room Registered Nurse include:

• Provide acute care to a wide variety of patients from newborns to elderly
• Stabilize and manage care for critically ill patients and trauma cases
• Administer and titrate medications, including vasopressors and cardiac drips
• Interpret and act on patient rhythms and monitor Phillips Tele systems
• Collaborate with the trauma team and respond to cardiac arrest situations

Requirements of the Emergency Room Registered Nurse include:

• Active IL nursing license or confirmation of application
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC or TNS
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience and prior travel assignment preferred
• Proficiency in reading and acting on critical patient rhythms
• SANE RN experience and familiarity with teaching hospital environments preferred
