LPN/LVN Long Term Care/SNF
Active licensed practical nurse (LPN) license required
Recent long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience preferred
Current BLS certification required
Strong medication administration, resident assessment, documentation, and patient care skills
Experience providing care to geriatric residents in a long-term care setting
Ability to work 12-hour day shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Ability to adapt quickly to a 4-week assignment and provide high-quality resident care
