Location: Windsor
Healthforce Healthcare LLC seeks a Registered Nurse for Med Surg Rehab in Windsor, Vermont for a 13-week travel assignment. Start date 08/31/2026, 36 guaranteed hours per week, nights (3x12), inpatient hospital setting, travel role with comprehensive support.
You will provide direct nursing care, coordinate rehab needs, may serve as backup Charge Nurse, administer meds, monitor vitals, document in Cerner, and engage in patient and family teaching to ensure safe transitions of care.
