Opportunity Highlights
- Practice independently with no anesthesiologists on staff
- Diverse surgical caseload with approximately 85% orthopedic and 15% general surgery cases
- Regional anesthesia and nerve block skills utilized regularly
- Flexible scheduling designed to support work-life balance
- Shared call currently 1:6, expected to improve to 1:8 as the team expands
- Collaborative surgical services team committed to exceptional patient care

Qualifications
- Active CRNA license required
- Minimum of three years of experience preferred
- Confidence practicing independently, including airway management and intubation without a supervising physician present
- Experience with regional anesthesia and nerve blocks
