Opportunity Highlights Practice independently with no anesthesiologists on staff
Diverse surgical caseload with approximately 85% orthopedic and 15% general surgery cases
Regional anesthesia and nerve block skills utilized regularly
Flexible scheduling designed to support work-life balance
Shared call currently 1:6, expected to improve to 1:8 as the team expands
Collaborative surgical services team committed to exceptional patient care Comprehensive benefits package including:

Qualifications Active CRNA license required
Minimum of three years of experience preferred
Confidence practicing independently, including airway management and intubation without a supervising physician present
Experience with regional anesthesia and nerve blocks
