Required — non-negotiable - Scrubbing & Circulating: Both required
- Phase I/PACU: Required
- Multiple surgical specialties: Required
- Small OR facility experience: Required
- EMR: Cerner required
- Travel experience: Highly preferred
- Certifications: BLS & ACLS (AHA)
- License: Vermont RN license
- Patient Population: Adult & geriatric, ages 16+
- Setting: 2 ORs + 1 procedure room; primarily outpatient
- Services: General Surgery, Urology, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, Pain & Endoscopy
- Dress Code: Hospital-provided scrubs
- Local Rule: Candidates living within 50 miles are not eligible
- Transportation: Personal vehicle required
- RTO: Must be submitted upfront; maximum 5 days
- Holidays: Travelers may be required to work holiday blocks
