Treatment Nurse (RN or LPN) Springfield Center for Living and Rehabilitation

Springfield Center for Living and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Treatment Nurse to join our clinical team. This position is scheduled for 3 days per week, with additional hours available as needed — a great fit for someone looking for flexibility with room to grow their hours.

• Perform wound assessments and provide wound care, including dressing changes and tracking healing progress
• Administer treatments per physician orders
• Conduct routine skin checks and monitor for pressure injuries, infections, or other treatment needs
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of treatments, assessments, and resident progress in the medical record
• Communicate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team regarding treatment plans and resident status
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and facility/state regulations

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing
• Experience in long‑term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Wound care or treatment nursing experience
• Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills
• A team player who's compassionate and detail-oriented
