Within Surgical Services, the RN Surgery Manager will lead an Operating Room team that delivers safe, coordinated perioperative care across a varied surgical caseload. The RN Surgery Manager will help advance operating room quality, scheduling, patient flow, regulatory readiness, staff engagement, and evidence-based clinical standards.

Reporting to a senior nursing or perioperative services leader, the RN Surgery Manager will receive support from hospital executives, clinical educators, physicians, anesthesia professionals, and operational partners. Key responsibilities include daily department oversight, staffing, budgeting, performance improvement, compliance, employee development, and the promotion of a strong patient-safety culture.
