  BLS; chemotherapy and biotherapy certification required

• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy per established protocols and orders
• Monitor patient responses, manage adverse effects, and respond to infusion-related reactions
• Administer IV medications and infusions, maintain IV access, and monitor infusion times
• Conduct patient assessments, implement care plans, and collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and the broader care team
• Provide patient and caregiver education on treatment plans, potential side effects, and safety measures
• Document all care, medications, and assessments accurately in the Epic EMR; ensure timely charting and compliance with policy
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality standards to ensure patient safety and comfort

• Active Registered Nurse license in Vermont (or eligible for VT licensure)
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience; oncology/infusion experience preferred
• Certification in chemotherapy and biotherapy required
• Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to work in an infusion/oncology care setting and adhere to the assigned shift schedule
• Nursing degree (ASN or BSN)
