About the Role:

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care under the direction of our licensed nursing staff. Your duties will include:

Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Maintaining a safe and clean environment by following proper infection control procedures
Assisting with vital signs, feeding, and other clinical procedures as needed
Providing emotional support and compassion to our patients and their families
Collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with vital signs, feeding, and other clinical procedures as needed
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
Participate in interdisciplinary care team meetings to develop and implement individualized care plans
Collaborate with other departments, such as dietary and activities, to meet the needs of our patients
