Registered Nurse - Perioperative, Endoscopy, and Recovery Schedule
This is a 13-week contract position.
Shifts are 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, with occasional Fridays when on call.
Job DescriptionThe Registered Nurse will cover Perioperative, Endoscopy, and Recovery departments. Candidates must demonstrate high proficiency in each specialty area to be considered for this role.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care in the Perioperative unit, Endoscopy, and Recovery.
- Start and maintain IV lines for patients as needed.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- 2+ years of current Outpatient PACU experience (Required)
- Experience in Perioperative and Endoscopy settings (Required)
- Must have the ability to start and maintain IV lines (Required)
- Previous travel experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- Experience in small critical access facilities preferred.
- Active Vermont RN license or Compact license (Required)
- Active certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS from the American Heart Association (Required)
