Essential Qualifications &

Experience:

• Active RN license, in good standing
• At least 1 recent year of experience in Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) nursing
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Proficiency in comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, and patient/family communication
• Strong adaptability and positive attitude when working in new settings

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, skilled, and compassionate care to a diverse adult patient population
• Manage medications, wound care, IV therapy, and monitoring of post-surgical or acutely ill patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate individualized care plans
• Accurately document interventions and patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on procedures, recovery, and ongoing wellness
