Role:
Registered Nurse in Oncology Infusion team
Responsibilities- Administer chemotherapy and biologic infusions
- Manage central lines and perform comprehensive patient assessments
- Coordinate complex care for oncology patients
- Educate patients and families on treatments and care plans
- Monitor for adverse reactions and ensure patient safety
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare teams to deliver optimal care
- Current RN licensure with relevant oncology or infusion experience preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to educate and support patients and families effectively
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on evidence-based practice
- Willingness to engage in continuing education and professional growth
