A conservation service organization in Vermont seeks dedicated Crew Members to participate in meaningful outdoor projects. The role requires teamwork, flexibility, and a commitment to environmental stewardship. Members will receive immersive training and support while working on projects such as trail maintenance and water quality. Ideal candidates are 18 or older, passionate about the outdoors, and capable of working in various weather conditions.
