As an Adventure Center Attendant, your role is to provide Epic guest service as you guide our guests through amazing alpine adventures such as the Mountain Coaster, Ropes Course, and Mini Golf just to name a few! You will interact with guests and fellow employees from all over the world and engage in a variety of different guest service outlets and activities.

  Provide a safe experience for guests and employees, assist our youngest guests as they navigate the adventures.

  Operate activities such as Mountain Coaster, Trampolines, Ropes Course, and answer questions to help guests navigate experiences.

  Engage with guests, receive feedback and special requests, provide on‑spot resolutions, verify tickets, and answer ticket‑related questions.

  Be a positive advocate for Vail Resorts and the high‑quality experience and service we provide for our guests.

  Keep the mountain clean and looking good, help guests enjoy the outdoors, and foster lifelong advocacy.

• Stay Flexible:
  Perform a variety of tasks around the mountain, with each day offering new adventures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Work outdoors in all weather conditions for long periods of time.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Perform repetitive twisting, turning, pulling, pushing, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs. throughout the day.
• Converse clearly and comfortably with a variety of guests of varying backgrounds, ability levels, and age groups.
• Background check required.
• Reliable:
  May work unsupervised occasionally; must have reliable transportation and be on time.
