Activities Attendant

As a Mountain Activities Attendant, your role is to provide Epic guest service as you guide our guests through alpine adventures such as Mountain Coasters, Snow Tubing, Lift Operations, Surface Lift Operations, and Ticket Scanning. You will interact with guests and fellow employees from all over the world and engage in a variety of guest service outlets and activities.

• Provide a safe and enjoyable experience for guests.
• Operate mountain activities such as Coasters, Sliders, Trampolines, Zip Lines, Rope Courses and similar attractions.
• Verify tickets, answer ticket-related questions, and give on‑spot resolutions.
• Maintain a clean and safe mountain environment.
• Assist guests of all experience levels and backgrounds.
• Stay flexible and adapt to changing daily tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Prepare to work outdoors in all weather conditions for extended periods.
• Be able to stand, twist, turn, pull, push, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Communicate clearly and courteously with diverse guests.
• Background check required.
• Be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
