Vail Resorts is hiring for Mountain Activities Attendant roles for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. You will guide guests through alpine adventures (Mountain Coasters, Snow Tubing, Lift Operations) and interact with guests from around the world. Starting wage is $20/hr, with full-time and part-time hours available and outdoor work in all weather conditions.
Applicants must be at least 18, with outdoor stamina and strong guest-service focus. Housing is not provided.
