Quality Technician
We're looking for a Quality Technician to join our manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 6 months–2 years of manufacturing or quality experience who wants to build their skills and grow their career in quality.
You'll work hands-on with parts, drawings, and inspection equipment while learning how to ensure products meet customer and company standards.
Must know how to read blueprints!
What You'll Do- Inspect incoming materials, parts in production, and finished products
- Read and follow manufacturing drawings and specifications
- Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools
- Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
- Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation
- Identify and communicate quality issues to the team
- Assist with basic problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Work with production team members to maintain quality standards
- Help keep inspection equipment accurate and properly maintained
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- 6 months–2 years of manufacturing or quality experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read basic blueprints/drawings
- Comfortable using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel
- Good attention to detail and basic math skills
- Reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable working as part of a team
