Quality Assurance Manager

The Quality Assurance Manager will lead food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance programs within a 24/7 dairy/food manufacturing environment. This role will oversee QA operations, laboratory activities, food safety systems, audits, and product quality programs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HACCP, SQF, GMP, microbiology, food science, and regulatory compliance
. Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for driving quality and continuous improvement.

• Lead QA, food safety, laboratory, sanitation, audit, CAPA, and product disposition activities.
• Maintain and implement HACCP, SQF, GMP, Food Defense, PMO, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Monitor QA metrics/KPIs, conduct audits and inspections, manage complaints and recalls, and drive continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field
  .
• 5+ years of experience in food manufacturing/dairy
  , including at least 5 years in management or senior supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, SQF, GMP, microbiology, sanitation, food safety, audits, and quality systems
  ; HACCP/SQF/PQCI certifications preferred.
