A producer of premiumproducts in the food manufacturing industry. They are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Quality Assurance Technician:

• Monitor and document non-conforming products, materials, and equipment, maintaining accurate records
• Conduct facility and process compliance audits, analyzing results and recommending corrective actions
• Perform record review, data entry, and analysis of batch records and quality documentation
• Support and facilitate training programs to ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum 2 years of quality assurance experience, preferably in food manufacturing
• Working knowledge of food safety regulations and standards such as SQF, HACCP, and GFSI
• Proficiency with inspection, sampling, and testing equipment, and understanding of measurement accuracy
• Strong documentation, analytical, and Microsoft Office skills
