The Quality Manager is responsible for the leadership, development, implementation, and continual improvement of the Company's Quality Management System (QMS). This position ensures compliance with AS9100D, ISO 9001:2015, customer, regulatory, and statutory requirements while promoting a culture of quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Working collaboratively with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Purchasing, and Supply Chain, the Quality Manager provides technical leadership and quality expertise to improve product quality, customer satisfaction, and manufacturing performance. This position is responsible for managing the Quality Assurance Department, overseeing inspection activities, driving corrective actions, supporting new product introductions, and ensuring that quality objectives align with the Company's strategic goals.

** What You'll Do
** As our Quality Manager, you'll lead our AS9100D/ISO 9001 Quality Management System while working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

You'll be responsible for:
* Leading and continuously improving our Quality Management System (AS9100D/ISO 9001).
* Partnering with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve business performance.
* Coaching and developing a quality-focused culture throughout the organization.
* Leading internal and external audits while maintaining certification requirements.
* Driving root cause investigations and implementing sustainable corrective actions.
* Using data and metrics to identify trends and improve manufacturing performance.
* Collaborating with suppliers and customers to resolve quality issues and strengthen partnerships.
* Supporting new product introductions and manufacturing process improvements.
* Leading a team of quality professionals while developing future talent.

* Experience leading Quality Management Systems in a manufacturing environment.
