Location: Cambridgeport
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize high‑throughput LC‑MS/MS assays for drug discovery and development.
- Implement and maintain automated sample preparation and instrument workflows to increase throughput and reproducibility.
- Analyze complex mass spectrometry data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to cross‑functional teams.
- Collaborate with instrumentation, software, and chemistry groups to troubleshoot and improve analytical performance.
- Document SOPs, validate methods, and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related field.
- Proven experience with LC‑MS/MS instrumentation and high‑throughput assay development.
- Strong programming skills in Python for data processing and automation.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
