Barista

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista with 3–5 years of experience to join our hookah lounge team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, delivers excellent customer service, and thrives in a relaxed, social lounge environment. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our guests.

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, teas, mocktails, etc.).
• Ensure consistent drink quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and coffee station.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a lounge-style setting.
• Collaborate with hookah staff to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

• 3–5 years of barista experience (lounge or café experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of espresso machines and brewing techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Flexible schedule (evenings and weekends required).
